Culture is what you cultivate by the example you set and the experience you create.

My favorite part of my career has always been mentoring and creating high functioning teams. It starts with being authentic, transparent and being seen as a trusted leader. Core to my leadership is authenticity, passion, accountability, celebration and autonomy.

One of my greatest challenges was inspiring a team of 30+ to work harder than they ever had amidst a global pandemic. With the help of our leadership team we built a four day workshop to move this team into a virtual world.

As we returned to work, recognition and celebration are at the forefront of my mind as words such as burn out, employee well-being and work-life integration are being more widely accepted.
